365jogos Terms and Conditions – Clear Rules for Brazilian Players

By accessing, creating an account, or using any service available on the 365jogos — whether through the website, the mobile app (Android or iOS), or any other digital channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the 365jogos (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "Company"). If you disagree with any part of this document, we recommend that you do not use our services and contact our support team for clarification before proceeding.

The simple act of making a deposit, placing a bet, redeeming a bonus, or maintaining an active account on 365jogos confirms acceptance of these terms in their current version.

To create an account on 365jogos, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age of age on the date of registration — the platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, CPF, address, and contact details.
• Not being subject to an active self-exclusion measure on any betting platform, including government exclusion programs.
• Not be an employee, partner, or first-degree relative of any employee of the 365jogos or its partner game providers.

Each user may only maintain a single account on the platform, linked to your CPF. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF — even with different email addresses — is considered fraud and will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved, along with potential forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

The user is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their login credentials (email and password). The 365jogos strongly recommends using a unique, strong password of at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), where available, is highly advised.

The user must immediately notify 365jogos in the event of unauthorized access to their account, suspected credential compromise, or any suspicious activity. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login information.

The account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, transferring the account to a third party, or allowing another person to place bets on your behalf is strictly prohibited. Balances and bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

The 365jogos only accepts deposits made through payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third parties, anonymous prepaid cards, or any method that prevents traceability of the source of funds are not accepted.

Accepted methods:

• Credit and debit card — Visa and Mastercard, subject to issuer approval.

The minimum amount per deposit is R$ 10.00. There is no maximum limit established for deposits via Pix or TED, although amounts above R$ 10,000.00 may require additional confirmation of the source of funds in accordance with compliance and anti-money laundering regulations.

All deposits are made in Brazilian reais (BRL). A 365jogos does not accept, convert, or operate with any other currency or financial asset — including cryptocurrencies.

The minimum amount for a withdrawal request is R$ 20.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 60 seconds of the request, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including national holidays and weekends.

To ensure transaction security, withdrawals are processed preferably to the same method used for the deposit and always to bank accounts held in the name of the account holder at 365jogos. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The balance available for withdrawal must consist of real funds (not active bonus funds with a pending rollover).
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed for withdrawals above R$ 500.00.
• The withdrawal method must be registered in the name of the account holder.
• Withdrawals requested during active security investigations may be temporarily held until the review is complete.

The 365jogos reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing high-value withdrawals or in situations that indicate a risk of fraud or money laundering, in compliance with the regulations of the Banco Central do Brasil and applicable legislation.

The 365jogos offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis — welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload offers, boosted odds for Sports Betting, and other benefits. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the offer page, which complement and take precedence over the general rules in this section in the event of any conflict.

General bonus rules:

• Bonuses are credited to a bonus balance, kept separate from your real balance, and can only be withdrawn after meeting the rollover requirement (wagering) specified in the promotion.
• The standard rollover for deposit bonuses is 30× the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bets that count toward the rollover must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 in Sports Betting markets. In the Casino, all slots bets count in full; bets on blackjack, roulette, and other table games count at a reduced percentage as indicated in the promotion's terms.
• Each bonus has an expiration date. Unused bonuses that expire within the deadline are automatically canceled with no refund.
• Using multiple accounts, automated bots, betting on both sides of the same event, or any form of bonus abuse will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.

Outcomes in virtual casino games (RNG) are determined by Random Number Generators audited by independent laboratories such as eCOGRA and iTech Labs. In Live Casino games, outcomes are determined physically by dealers in real studios, streamed in real time via HD video.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection, rendering error, or server failure — the 365jogos will follow the game provider's policy. In general, bets that are in progress at the time of the failure will be canceled and the amount returned to the user's balance. Results that were already completed before the technical failure remain valid.

• Game results cannot be disputed on the basis of "gut feeling," sequences of previous results, or personal pattern theories.

• Any form of match manipulation, collusion between players at live tables, or betting on both sides of an event to guarantee a neutral outcome (bonus arbitrage).
• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial transactions.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward dealers, other players, or support team members.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the platform via VPN for the purpose of circumventing geographic or compliance restrictions.

The user may request account closure at any time, free of charge, through 365jogos. Active bonuses with pending rollover requirements are cancelled without refund at the time of voluntary closure.

The 365jogos reserves the right to suspend or close accounts unilaterally in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.

• Behavior identified as bonus abuse or fraud.
• Request from competent authorities in the context of legal investigations.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, following prior notice.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, 365jogos may hold balances during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the user's favor, all balances will be returned in full.

The 365jogos makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available, stable, and secure 24 hours a day. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or third-party incidents (infrastructure providers, game providers, payment processors).
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's failure to keep their credentials secure.
• Internet connection or device issues on the user's end.
• Odds variations occurring between the time a bet is placed and system confirmation, in high network latency situations.

The maximum liability of 365jogos under any circumstance is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or moral damages that do not arise directly from a proven act of negligence by the platform.

The 365jogos may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect regulatory changes, new platform features, improvements to security policies, or other legitimate business reasons.

When significant changes are made, registered users will be notified by email with a minimum advance notice of 15 calendar days before the changes take effect. For lower-impact changes (text corrections, wording clarifications, updates to contact details), notification may be given via an in-platform notice with no minimum advance notice required.

Continued use of the platform after the new conditions take effect constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date of the new conditions, with the right to withdraw any available balances.
